1.     Primavera respects your privacy

The protection of your privacy throughout the course of processing personal data as well as the security of all business data are important concerns to us. We process personal data that was gathered during your visit of our Online Offers confidentially and only in accordance with statutory regulations.

3.     Collection, processing and usage of personal data

3.1  Processed categories of data

The following categories of data are processed:

•           communication data (z.B. Name, Telephone number, E-Mail, postal address, IP-Address)

•           Contractual master data (e.g. contractual relationships, contractual or product interest)

•           Contract Accounting and payment data

3.2  Principles

Personal data consists of all information related to an identified or identifiable natural person, this includes, e.g. names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, contractual master data, contract accounting and payment data, which is an expression of a person's identity.

We collect, process and use personal data (including IP addresses) only when there is either a statutory legal basis to do so or if you have given your consent to the processing or use of personal data concerning this matter, e.g. by means of registration.

3.3  Processing purpose and legal bases

We as well as the service providers commissioned by us, process your personal data for the following processing purposes:

3.3.1       Provision of this online offer

If you use our online offer solely for information purposes, that is, without registering or otherwise sending us information, we process your personal data to provide this online offer based on our legitimate interest, to display our online offer and to ensure stability and security.

3.3.2       Online-Shop

When you use our online shop, we process your personal data for the performance of the contract in accordance with our contractual terms and conditions, including billing.

3.3.3       Contact

You can contact us either by using a contact form or using other means of communication such as email or telephone. We store and use your personal data, such as name, e-mail, address and telephone number, to communicate with you. We process your personal data based on our legitimate interest in customer support and to improve our products and services.

3.3.4       Security and protection of rights

We may also process your personal data to investigate service disruptions and for security reasons to comply with our legal obligations in the area of data security, as well as on the basis of our legitimate interest in the elimination of service disruptions and the security of our offers.

3.3.5       Protection and defending our rights

We may process your personal data to protect and defend our rights. This purpose also constitutes our legitimate interest.

3.4  Log-Files

Each time you use the internet, your browser is transmitting certain information which we store in so-called log files.

We store log files to determine service disruptions and for security reasons (e.g., to investigate attack attempts) for a period of 7 days and delete them afterwards. Log files which need to be maintained for evidence purposes are excluded from deletion until the respective incident is resolved and may, on a case-by-case basis, be passed on to investigating authorities.

In log files, the following information is saved:

-        IP address (internet protocol address) of the terminal device used to access the online offer;

-        Internet address of the website from which the online offer is accessed (so-called URL of origin or referrer URL);

-        Name of the service provider which was used to access the online offer;

-        Name of the files or information accessed;

-        Date and time as well as duration of recalling the data;

-        Amount of data transferred;

-        Operating system and information on the internet browser used, including add-ons installed (e.g., Flash Player);

-        http status code (e.g., “Request successful” or “File requested not found”).

3.5  Children

Please note that this online offer is not intended for children under the age of 16.

3.6  Data transfer to other controllers

In general, your personal data will only be transferred to other controllers if this is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract, if we or the third party have a legitimate interest in the transfer, or if you have given your consent. For details on the legal basis and the recipients or categories of recipients, please refer to the section Processing purposes and legal bases.

Additionally, data may be transferred to other controllers if we are obliged to do so by law or by enforceable official or court order.

3.6.1       Data transfer to service providers

We involve external service providers with tasks such as sales and marketing services, contract management, payment handling, programming, data hosting and hotline services. We have carefully selected these service providers and monitor them regularly, in particular their careful handling and safeguarding of the data stored with them. All service providers are obliged to maintain confidentiality and to comply with the statutory provisions. Service providers may also be other companies from the Bosch Group.

3.6.2       Payment Providers

We involve external payment service providers.

Depending on the type of payment method you choose during the ordering process, we trans-fer the data used for the processing of payments (e.g. bank account or credit card data) to the financial institution charged with the payment or to payment service providers commissioned by us. Sometimes, payment ser-vice providers also collect and process such data as control-lers. In that case (payment ser-vice providers are data controllers) the data protection notice or privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies.

With regard to payment, you have the option of a direct cash transfer to us or using PayPal.

If you select the payment method „PayPal“ the payment will be processed via:

3.7  Duration of Storage; Retention Period

We store your data for as long as is necessary to provide our online offer and the associated services or for as long as we have a legitimate interest in continuing to store your data (e.g. we may still have a legitimate interest in postal marketing even after a contract has been fulfilled). In all other cases we delete your personal data except for such data that we are obliged to store in order to fulfill legal obligations (e.g. we are obliged to retain documents such as contracts and invoices for a certain period due to retention periods under tax and commercial law).

4.     Cookies

Cookies are small text files that may be stored on your device when visiting our online service. It is generally possible to use the online service without any cookies that serve non-technical purposes.

Technically necessary cookies

We distinguish between cookies that are mandatorily required for the technical functions of the online service and such cookies and tracking mechanisms that are not mandatorily required for the technical function of the online service. This website only uses mandatory cookies.

Our employees and the companies providing services on our behalf, are obliged to confidentiality and to compliance with the applicable data protection laws.We take all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure an appropriate level of security and to protect your data that are administrated by us especially from the risks of unintended or unlawful destruction, manipulation, loss, change, or unauthorized disclosure or unauthorized access. Right to information and access

You have the right to obtain confirmation from us about whether or not your personal data is being processed, and, if this is the case, access to your personal data.

Right to correction and deletion

You have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data. As far as statutory requirements are fulfilled, you have the right to obtain the completion or deletion of your data. This does not apply to data which is necessary for billing or accounting purposes or which is subject to a statutory retention period.
